My favorite appertizers are the potato skins. I love them when they're loaded with cheese and bacon. I wish I knew how to make them. They don't look too difficult, but I wish I knew how. Anyone able to share me a clue?

Hi CRSunrise, when come to eating I’m not so picky so there are always so many delicious for me to eat. I have several friends also have such similar liking so we would never miss one another when going on vacation by the end of the year. As there are so many yummy foods to eat and we would like to taste as many as we could, so we always order or pick different variety of foods when having our meals. In this way we have chance to taste different types of foods. One more advantage is we would order the more delicious ones to entertain our appetite, and we won’t waste the foods which are not delicious anyway. All of us like desserts prepared from cheese and spread with lots of yogurt dressing. We never feel bored to eat chocolate cheese cake as well. We enjoy eating hot spicy seafood like prawns and fish with a little sourness. Wow! There are really yum...my..... Happy posting and have a nice day.

i'm a big fan of spinach and artichoke dip with either baked chips or pita bread (pita chips included). It's nice and creamy but also has those nice chunks of artichoke to add a contrasting texture. as for potato skins, you basically cut up a whole potato (halves, fourths, eighths, w/e size you want) and then take out the inner part leaving the skin. You can then coat the skin or top the skins with whatever topping you want. Then you load up the skins on a baking sheet and bake at around 325 degrees until the skin becomes crispy on the edges
