Do Avril Lavigne really shout in her songs?

Many critics says that Avril Lavigne usually, almost, shout in her songs and I'm just thinking if it is really true. I find Avril Lavigne as a lady with a very golden voice having the capabilities to sing high-pitched notes. I can't notice her shouting. What do you think guys with her voice? Does she really, for even sometime, shout in her songs?
