Trans Fat...Ought to be Banned!

If trans fat isn't all that good for us, why do so many products continue to use trans fat as an ingredient? Why hasn't it been outlawed? Why haven't all such products been boycotted? Do you avoid products with trans fat or do you even care?
Do you think the FDA ought to get involved? Do you think trans fat--hydrogenated oils should be banned?
