Do you write in Diaries?

Do you have the habit of writing diaries? I wont write. But I come to know that it is very useful in terms of viewing our past at a glance and will be quite interesting too.
What you say? Do you write? What is your experience on this?

..when I was in college, I used to write daily diary.. most especially those times when I'm down because it is the only way I could express how I feel.. I'm a loner type of person and I don't usually talk to people about my problems.. however, I find it lighter for me now in facing problems so I don't write anymore.. I just cry sometimes.. hehe..

Wow great ... writing diary is a nice timepass and an useful thing for future. Recollection of memories is very dificult without diaries. I wrote diaries during my childhood and stopped it when i passed school days...
