what are the causes of sinus and does sinus can be cured fully? how many days the medicines can be taken if any one effect with sinus. or at what stage operation is needed?

having a sinus, means you have infections, immediate relief for sinusitis is to get steam 3 x a day by having hotwater mixed with some menthol vapor available over the counter, decolgen is likewise given by a doctor to get instant relief. have you tried eat some spicy food, it somehow helps to decongest

It depends what you mean by sinus. Normally I get sinus pain like at the top of my nose or a really bad headache if my sinuses are blocked, it can be very painful. I have found that the only thing that helps me is inhaling something like Olbas oil. It can also be because you have infection following a cold.
