Hi there,,,, These days ,its rare of us to see any rainbows, its like as we advance in our age ,so does the rainbow vanish, and why not ,with acid rain and smog ,being our daily dose of pollution ,its becoming a thing of Archive.... I think we need to start being greem ,the sooner the better ,so atleast we can show our future ,whats Rain-Bow... Cheers Vishwas

hello moneymommy that last time that i seen a rainbow was a couple of weeks ago, and it was beautiful. i saw a rainbow one morning not long ago, and it was so cold outside here that day, the glass on the outside of each window had ice so far up it, and as the sun was coming up for the morning, the sun shone on the window on the ice and created a beautiful rainbow. and i do not see many rainbows. maybe two a year. lol but i think that rainbow's are awesome and so beautiful looking. keep those new discussions coming! take care and have a beautiful afternoon.

I haven't seen one lately...it is winter here with lots of snow so they won't appear until spring...but I love to see them and can't wait. You see they have a very special meaning to my family. Most people know of my story of losing both my mom and dad in the past 5 years but few know my rainbow story...so here goes. When my dad was sick my sister and I had seperate vacations planned but at the same time...me to florida and my sister on a cruise. Even though my father was ill he insisted we go...I think he wanted the seperation and knew his time was running close...maybe easier for him to let go that way. In any case...while on vacation with my then husband, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren I couldn't get a hold of my mother so I called my office...one of my agents proceeded to tell me that my mom had to take my dad to the hospital cuz he wasn't doing well. I called the hospital immediately and talked with the nurse...my father was dilerious and was unable to talk and mom was parking the car. My mother did call back and told me the dr said there was nothing more they could do and he was dying. Needless to say I came home on the next available flight and we brought my dad home when he wanted to be. My sister was on the cruise but we did manage to get a message to her to call as soon as she could. Unfortunately she didn't make it home in time before my dad passed and was in St Thomas. Then last year when my mother passed way...my sister was here and by her side...didn't want to be missing this time. Well...here is the real tear jerker part...my sister goes on a cruise every year in Oct (the month my dad passed) and every year since his passing a rainbow appears. Which if any of you are familiar with St. Thomas...they say rainbows are rare there. Then this past year she went on a cruise to St. Thomas after my moms passing and it was cloudy and rainy while she was there but when the rain cleared and the sun started to come out...what do you know...not one rainbow but two...one for dad and one for mom! She had taken pictures every year since my dad passed and we hold them as a treasure! I was in total bliss when I saw the picture of the double rainbow this year...it was an amazing site and will always be a spiritual link to my parents! So...I would love to see a rainbow soon...the memories come flooding back! A beautiful creation for sure!

I love rainbows, too. I actually haven't seen one in quite awhile, though. I like to go out and take pictures of them though also. I think they are beautiful, and a nice reminder of God's promise.

I LOVE rainbows, everytime I think there may be one...like after a rain storm and it is still sunny out I will run all around the house looking out the windows and when I finally see one I call my kids over to see it and they think they are remarkable...even when we see them in the oil on the ground...they say to me look mommy a rainbow....I have several pics of rainbows from over the years...I should put them into a scrapbook page somehow. have a good day

Last one I saw was last fall, or was it last summer. I'm not out a lot these days AND we've had so little rain, that rainbows are few and far between.
