I love the type of teas that they have. They have sent me many samples in the mail. I love the ones that specialize in making a woman feel very at ease. They have teas for colds, menstrual cycles, immune system... I love drinking these type of teas. It is very healthy and it relaxes me. I love to drink tea, especially when I am ill or if I just want to be able to unwind and relax. I also love to drink it when it is very cold during the winter time. How about you, have you ever tried this type of tea before?

hello cream
i have never heard of Yoga tea products before. do they have a website? thanks for sharing, as i would love to recieve free samples in the mail like that as well. i love it when i walk outside to my mailbox and check the mail and find a freebie in there. and to answer your question about do i enjoy drinking tea? yes i do and i drink tea when i have a sore throat, when that i am not feeling well and i also enjoy drinking hot tea when it is cold outside. when i have a sore throat, i like to add honey and a splash of lemon juice to it, and drink it as hot as i can stand it, without burning my mouth on it. and i also enjoy drinking loads of sweet tea with lemon slices in it in the summer time of the year. and tea is good for your body.
take care and have a beautiful day today!

Hi, Cream.
Yes, I like Yoga tea. I think I have tried most of them. Drinking tea is one of my favorite things to do for myself. It is a easy way to be kind to your body.

I have never tried it, but I have heard of it. I am not really much of a tea person. I don't even drink coffee. Lately all I have been drinking is water, because I am a big pop addict, and I am trying to stop drinking pop because it is giving me to many calories.

If you're talking about Yogi tea - I used to drink it all the time before I got pregnant. The doctors gave me some information that herbal tea during pregnancy could harm the baby so I stopped. But the Yogi green tea anti - oxidant anti- aging was the best green tea I've ever had! I never got past this one to try any others because I loved the flavor so much!

I think there are quite a lot claims out that about the beneficial effects of tea drinking, and accordingly many tea products are in the market purporting to "cure" certain illnesses such as diabetes, high blood, high-cholesterol etc. But tea is tea, there's no miracle ingredients in it to make it become a special one-cure-for-all for illnesses. Scientific discoveries may have proven some beneficial antioxidant effects of the the polyphenols in tea, but like any other beverage, it has to be taken in moderation. That is because tannin which gives tea the astringency and one of the polyphenol component in tea, is in fact anti-nutritional when ingested in large amount by preventing the absorption of minerals such as iron. It could also cause bowel and stomach irritation. Another component of tea, tannic acid is associated with Vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency when consumed in large amount. So it doesn't mean that tea is without side effects. At the end of the day, it's good to have tea in moderation and enjoy it, as I myself like to drink chamomile and mint tea.

Hello cream. It is the first time that I have ever heard of Yoga Tea. I love to drink tea of different flavors, like white tea made in my second hometown, green tea and black tea. I think that tea is good for our health and I drink it every day so long as I work in the office and stay home. By the way, white tea is a rare tea and it is no cheap at all. It is more expensive than green and black tea though.

Hi cream! No, I have never tried Yoga tea. I do drink alot
of tea. I don't drink coffee at all. I drink Green Teas. I
like regular Green Tea, Jasmine Green Tea and I also drink
Cammomile Tea. I also drink a Sleeptime Tea which is supposed
to relax you so that you can get ready to sleep. It is very
pleasant tasting, but it doesn't make me sleepy! I do drink
alot of tea in the cold weather to keep me warm!

Yoga is traditional Indian thing which keeps ur body and mind fit and it costs nothing and you dont need fancy gym or costly equipments to be fit and can be done inside ur bedroom.. I have done yoga esp kapal bhati assan and btw yoga dont sells any tea or anything ..infact they are against drinking tea. Chinese companies recommend tea where there is no yoga

i think this classic herbal blend was invented in India centuries ago and has been a part of Indian culture ever since.i have heard in india ,but didn't try it ,as i don't take tea and coffee.it Can be prepared with milk or water. This truly is a perfect tea just before yoga. Perfect blend of sweeetness and spiciness.
i have seen in one website ,yoga tea contains ingredients of cinnamon, hawthorn petals, ginger, cloves, black pepper and cardamom.
we can use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water or milk to boiling. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
and i have seen about yogi tea in the link http://www.yogitea.com/Pages/OurTeas.html. in this link i have seen that yogi tea is their company name and they provide many tea products under 4 caogories called green teas, spirit teas ,mind teas, body teas.

Yes, I have tried it before but it was so long ago I can't remember if I liked it or not! ;) I will have to give it another try since you talk so highly of it. Today, I was at our corner convenience store and I bought something called Tazo tea. It is an iced tea and the flavor I got is called Brambleberry. Oh my gosh, it is soooo good! It says it is herbal infused with apple & marionberry juices. Very good. If you like iced teas, I highly recommend this one. I will have to give the other flavors a try too.
