May be they are paying....I won't recommend you joining it. Their payout terms is too weird. $50 processing fees for payout through PayPal. Seems they are not paypal friendly. Any site which is not paypal-friendly has the risk of turning scam any time. I'd just suggest to look for sites paying through paypal only. At least we can reduce the risk level.
