Some people say that it is hereditary, others tell it happens due to lack of proper sleep and nutrition. Also, there are proponents of the idea that it’s due malfunctioning of lever. In general, I have seen many people take Vitamin B Complex and some Liver’s medicine to decelerate hair fall. What do you know about this?

Hair loss can occur due to several reasons. Heredity is one major cause. Apart from it illness, drop in hormonal levels after child birth, poor nutrition are some of the causes of hair loss. Some time ago, I have written an article on this topic and you could see the article in the link below:

Hi
Hair loss that is not genetic is most oftenly caused by very stricked diets or bad teeth. so i recommend if you have hair loss, first stop any diet you are following or if not go to your dentist to check if everything is ok with your mouth.
Taking vitamins in the case of diets helps improve hair problem very rapidly and effectively, but in case of dental issue you will find no difference.

You can also have hair loss from an under active Thyroid gland, plus a lack of Vitamin B12 which can cause anemia, either way it is best to get checked out by a Doctor as they will do blood tests to find out the cause or whether it is hereditary.
