What time do you spare for exercise out of the hectic schedule?

Our busy schedule snatches off all our personal times. Can you manage to spare at least half an hour daily for own exercise? I really nowadays find it very difficult. I can feel the difference. But really since morning to late night, some or other thing continues. But I am promising now to exercise at late night. What you say?

I use to work on my lunch break when I worked in the office field, and then when I became a mom, it was easier for me to workout in the mornings, but later mornings, around 10, after i got everything done around the house...now with 2 kids, and a school schedule, my workouts got pushed off...but I am now getting up an hour early just to fit them in... I get up at 6 am now work out then get the kids up... so far this week, I am doing ok with it... LOL happy mylotting!!

I have just recently got myself into an exercise routine. Since the gym I go to is in the same building that I work in, I go on my lunch break. It seems to work out real well. I just eat a small snack at my desk and then go to the gym. I usually work out between 30 - 45 minutes. I just hope that I can keep it up. Good luck to you!

It is really good. You have got a nice place advantage. The time adjustment is also fine.
