Eaveryday I guess :) Awake, yes, but not get up from the bed. But got to try to be more discipline about this. Cause for me, better to do things in the morning than late at night.

yes i do had the same problem , then i shared with one of my friends he advised me to drink a lot of water before you go to sleep this will keep you fresh and you will have a specific fix time to wake up for urination that is the time you should wash your face with cold water please try this , this habbit changed my life i wake and go for a walk for 30 minutes even if feel lazy i get out of the house and just stand down and hear the birds chirping around and inhale fresh air which is very dufficult to get in todays polluted air . enjoy your life as well as health you can keep in touch with me on my email cheers Xavier

I was tired that time. I work over time. From morning to middle in the night. Ussuallly I was wake up at 5.00 am. But that day I was so sleepy. When alarm clock ringing, I just turn off it. Until at 7.00 am. I just wake up. Yah.. seem like strange wake up at 7.00 am. My body is not fresh. Then I take a bath and drink some juice to refresh my body.Seem like in heaven. lol. Go on my lotting.

A better question would have been do I ever feel awake and ready to go when my alarm clock goes off in the morning. The answer would have been I can not remember a time when that happened. I always go to bed late and I am always tired in the morning when the alarm clock goes off.

Oh well.. just like me, I feel like I need to snooze my alarm over and over again and I don't really want to wake from my sleep. i think it would be better for me if there would never be a morning class because it means I don't have to wake up early anymore. Oh now is 6 a m already and I need to go to the class.
