I will reduce spending on myself but I still still get things for my kids. Like new clothing, shoes or whatever they need. But no toys for the moments.

for me its okay to shop but i have to consider if it is my "needs" or just some of my "wants". needs in the sense that i have to shop for it because i can't live without it. wants, because its not badly needed. if you have a pair of shoes and you think you cannot use it anymore then i consider shopping as a solution if there's no remedy, specially if you have a shoe policy in your office.

..I'm trying also to determine things that I need and things that I want so that I could prioritize those that I and my family really need.. It's not easy to earn money.. it takes a lot of effort and sacrifice.. I just hope this recession in the economy will be resolved soon..

Hello there rirby!! Yes you are right the economy is slow but i will still shop for my basic needs. Saving money is common now because of the economic crisis here in this BIG WORLD! Even the world bank is getting corrupt. What is happening to the world. But, we cannot control ourselves not to shop because we need to buy our daily needs.
