Do you think Ibuprofen is a safe drug?

all i can tell u is about my experience w/it. i was taking quite abit of it i hurt so bad when i was working. in 2000 i had an aneurysm. they told me not to take it anymore. they didn't say it caused my problem or anything like that. i have never taken it anymore.

I think that it's okay as long as you have eaten something first. If you keep taking them on an empty stomach they can cause gastritus, as do any non-steroidal anti-inflammatories.

hello moneymommy i have taken ibuprofen's before and i cannot tell that they did any harm to me. lol or at least let's say, i hope that they didn't do any damage to my body. i take tylenol's, aspirin's or whatever that i have around the house when i have the need to take something. this afternoon i was feeling like i was getting sick with a cold or sinus headache is guess that it was so i took myself two iburpfen's. lol they helped out also, i have been feeling better now as the night as went by. take care and have a beautiful evening.
