What questions shall be raised in an interview?

The questions are always the same as followings: 1.Introduce yourself for a few minutes. 2.What's your responsibilities in your last position? 3.What's the type of your last company? 4.Why did you leave the company? 5.How much salary did you get in the company? 6.What's your expected salary? ...

..yeah.. those are questions which they usually ask.. but the most difficult to answer is convincing the employer to hire you because they would ask, "Why would we hire you?".. this is the time we needed to assert our strengths and capabilities... at least we know what we can do and that is what we could tell them..
