Do you think that the boss is always right? - Do you think that the boss is always right? I always try and do whatever is right rather than following him. I do seek his advice at times but do not blindly follow him.

Do you think that the boss is always right? Is the boss always right? Do you ever argue with him or blindly follow the words said by him? Do you think we should do what is right and focus on our job rather than pleasing the boss?I always try and do whatever is right rather than following him. I do seek his advice at times but do not blindly follow him.

No, my boss isn't right always but I have to accept his plans and ideas because he runs the business and invests for it. If I don't like the way of how things work, I can change my work or my attitude!

In my opinion my boss is not always right.She make mistakes to.I do address them to her in a respectful manner.I have to inform her of the mistake because it will fall back on me.

I think that sometimes it is best to follow what the boss says, that's if you might get into trouble because you didn't follow exactly. But always seeking the boss's advice through the course is good..as the boss would know what you're doing. Like me at work, since I'm just a part-timer..sometimes I feel like its best to let the boss think that he's right..because I may not have the whole picture in hand and he'd know what he needs from me to be done..and I always bug him to know if what I'm doing is ok and up to his expectations..:) Princess
