Was it a demo version and has expired now ? If yes , it is not possible to run it again (unless you reinstall Windows). If it was a freeware or a licensed program and still doesnt work, you need to make sure it is uninstalled properly. Did you delete the folder/files instead of uninstalling it?

I would contact their support directly and explain your problem. They should be able to help you out.

the reason you cant re-install it is because the program looks at the registry and it finds a date link which says the software has been expired. the only way to get around this is by searching your system for some leave behinds of the program, or doing a complete reformat and install of your system

If you don't have a proper key for the anti-virus and the trail period has already expired then you can't install it again. Try using another anti-virus which is free for example "AVG", "Antivir" are free anti-virus softwares which offer free protection to your computer.

Maybe you need to contact support for whatever product you bought. Explain the situation and see if they can provide you with a new license key. Sounds like a safeguard they have so you don't install it on more than one computer while only paying for the one computer license.
