A man have little trouble maintaining discipline in the home. When ever I am discipling my children I have to talk over and over before they get it. But whenever their father is disciplining them, one talk and they get the message, even one look and they are quiet. I believe that God has given men that gift. But women are still being successful in carring out discipline.A man absent in the home will make it even more difficult.

That's how great God is, right? He made things complimentary. Your husband is good in disciplining your kids but your love and caring balance things. Can you imagine when both of you are strict disciplinarian or too loving that your kids will just do as they please and no one can stop them. I believe though that a father should not just be disciplinarians, they should still be approachable for their kids any time, just as it is also important that a mother can still discipline the children when the father is out.
