Could have something to do with the growing lack of respect.
It doesn't seem part of life in the new generations.

Disgusting!! Some people just can't seem to behave properly in public. This shows how weird their personal characters are. The other off putting action that people normally do is to fart in public with no consideration on others that the 'bomb' emitting from them are no better than the rotten eggs!

Putting finger in their nose, spitting on the road or streets, scratching wherever..that's nothing in my neighborhood....how about people actually peeing in the streets? Worse yet, I've seen mothers take their children to the curb of the streets and allow their children to pee ...like WTF? That's like teaching the child..hey it's okay to pee in the street..the street is a public bathroom type thing. I feel like yelling at them..hey haven't you ever heard of a bathroom?
