What about isabelmarco? or it is scam?

Friends! i joined a ptc with the name of isabelmarco yesterday! after joined that site, i was shocked because upto 50+ ads were appeared. i am doubting about this site like scam? and they mentioning the click rate is $0.01.
How it is possible? so i dont like to waste my time! and the payout is $10. Anybody know about that site? are it is scam? friends please clarify me for my waste of time!

i got paid by them twice in the past with in 2monrhs of reqesting payouts. but this time it has been more than 4months & still no payout.

yes it is now. my payment request was last september 08, 2008 until now it is not yet dispatched and send to my alertpay account. I am upgraded before..
