hello everybody here at Mylot. my good friend's that live out in the country called me last night and they wanted to know if my hubby and myself would like to join them Saturday evening to dine out at a restaurant. whoo hoo! i guess that i will not be cooking homemade pepper steak with rice and broccoli salad now. lol i do not know where that we are going to go eat yet. we will have to work out the details either this afternoon or tomorrow sometime. but i will still put together something to give to my hubby for his Valentine's Day present. so tell me, when was the last time that your plans got changed? thanks for sharing and have a beautiful day today!

Have a great time on Valentine's Day :) Unfortunately, my plans changed too for Valentine's day... I gave up on the girl I was pursuing and cancelled our date the night before valentines... so that I'll surprise her with a gift at exactly 1 minute after 12 midnight like christmas. I know I'm stupid for doing it but.. i think I made the right choice.. because I think I can't really make her happy. Sorry for being emotional. I don't want you guys to catch my S.A.D sickness (single awareness day) anyway... wash off the gloomy feelings best wishes! :)

Don't feel so badly! You sound like a romantic person so I doubt you'll be single for long. But try to enjoy being unattached, there are lots of advantages to it. And remember, if you can be happy being alone you have a much better chance of a successful relationship when one does come along! I hope you have a great Valentine's Day--spend it appreciating yourself and writing down all the good things about you. Call your family and your friends and tell them you love them. In fact, get some single friends together and have a party!

Hi TnWoman, That is wonderful, you won't have to cook, enjoy your dinner with friends sometimes I think its good to have company, we don't have to change plans because we haven't made any plans. Love and hugs. Tamara xxxx

Have a great time with your friends. Always fun to get together with friends that you don't get to see very often. My plans change all the time. We will be staying home on a weekend night and suddenly my husband wants to go somewhere. Or we are about to go out and one of our kids need something. I do like to make plans in advance. Happy Valentine's Day to you, carolbee

My plans seems to change every weekend. Our Valentine's Day plans have changed slightly because we thought we'd have the house to ourselves. It turns out two of the kids will be home, and the other three will be off with other relatives. Oh well - we'll still make the best of our time together!

I wish you lived close to me and came out to the restaurant I will be WORKING at on Saturday night! Do you like Italian? I expect to be very busy, and I am looking forward to the night, and I hope you have a great time out with your friends, and make the Pepper Steak on Sunday. It was funny last night, speaking of changing plans... I was at the restaurant, and the phone was just ringing all night with people wanting to change their plans for Valentines day! We are a small place with only 21 tables amd we are pretty booked, so we had to tell most of them no unfortuantely, so the lesson here is if you ARE going to make plans to go out on a popular night, make your plans pretty early and don't change them! Have a great and beautiful day yourself, Tn!

My plans just got changed...now I am coming over to your house for dinner, because I heard there are two delicious slabs of pepper steak waiting to be cooked and savored...LOL. Actually I last had my dining plans changed about 2 weeks ago when I had my birthday. I booked a restaurant to treat a couple of people, but on the day itself, my wife told me her sister has a voucher which entitles us to get a free appetizer dish in one of the branches. So we ended up changing the venue at the eleventh hour and instead went to another branch of that restaurant. The food and atmosphere were great and we had a delicious seafood meal.

The last time my plans got changed was disappointing. I was going to go see a musical, tickets were only $10! Then it began to snow, and sleet then snow again. The roads were horrible, people were crashing because they weren't smart enough to stay home. Only the main roads were maintained because of the cost of salt so I couldn't leave the house to drive to the musical. I was really disappointed, it would have been the first time in months that I went anywhere just for entertainment. I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow!

Hey TnWoman! Well good for you! You get a reprieve! You can have a nice dinner out instead of having to cook and I'm sure you definitely deserve it! I love homemade pepper steak! I haven't had that in a long time! But, you can make that another time! Go and enjoy your evening out with your hubby and have a wonderful Valentine's Day! I will still be stuck at home making my boyfriend his fried chicken cutlets! I know we aren't going anywhere! lol
