I am talking about the lady with the 14 children,Saids that she doesn't what anything from anybody, well, She lied about that because she even has a website where people can donate for the Kids. she gets $490.00 in Food Stamps. She is getting diability for 3 of the Children. She will be collecting Welfare for the 8 children. there were death threats sent on her website, well I don't think that is right. Do you? She really does look like Anjolie I noticed that when looking at her, she made be even having those other children maybe she is trying to be like Anjoli. She one offered her and the Children to come live on there farm. She is really getting a lot of help. Maybe she is Crazy like a Fox? Ok, What do you think?

I don't see how one woman can possibly take care of 14 children, including 8 infants, at once. She needs help even if she isn't willing to admit that. For the childrens' sake.

That is what the Media was saying. those kids won't be taken care of properly, they won''t get the love that they need.

I think the 'juries still out' whether she's just plain nuts, or if she's a schemer or something. I cannot imagine what would possess someone who's already got 6 kids to be implanted with more...especially when she has no job, or means, to support them all. She says she doesn't want help, but did she really think she can rear all those kids and babies without any help?! You know, when I hear more about this story (because it's constantly in the news) I have to wonder what the Doctor was thinking of. I mean, if somebody already has that many kids, and is on govt support, then it doesn't seem right that she would be a candidate for implanting so that she could have more. Another question I wonder about: if she's already been getting public assistance for the first 6 children...where did she get the money to get embryos implanted this time around in the first place? My thought is that while people on public assistance might get needed medical care, I really don't think embryo implants would be on the list, especially since it's an 'elective' proceedure and not like she's got a life threatening disease or something. Even for people who have a job, great insurance, usually don't have this kind of proceedure covered. Personally, my vote's on 'crazy like a fox.'

Ahhhhhhh, I must have missed that about the Workman's Comp. Still... if she got that kind of settlement, then I have a hard time seeing where she would qualify for welfare. As I understand it with welfare (not positive though) you have to have no assets or bank account. Hmmm, interesting... I'm on the run too lol. Am going through your area tommorrow to go down to see my daughter and family. Probably won't get a chance to check the computer till I get home Sunday night or Mon. am. Have a great weekend!!

I am a mom, too. And I think the role of a mom is to support her children to the top of her abilities. And not used them for anything that is not good at all. Having many children is really hard. But she should not make it harder especially for the kids.

I've never seen a more selfish person in my life. In saying this I believe they never once thought about how life will be for those children. There is no way she can give 14 children the love and support they need. How will she take care of them when she doesn't work and hasn't worked in at least three years? And what damn doctor was crazy enough to help her to have the eight children? Is he looking for publicity as well? This is just plain crazy.

I think that she is off her ricker, too. As if 6 children to a single parent weren't enough, she had to go and have 8 more? What the heck is up with that? Some people are absolutely nuts!!!!! I think this lady needs professional help. She reminds me of another lady I know who would probably do the same thing, if given the opportunity. The doctors were crazy for enabling it.

If she got the invirtro from one man, why could she not spaced them out? After all it is the same as most women who have children. The eggs are with them since they were born and they are all spaced out. This girl had some eggs removed and fertilized and she could have said "I will have two children now," and "maybe two more a couple of years later," etc. Or why not have someone adopt the babies? What upsets me is that my husband and before that the social worker who came after the social worker who arranged our adopting our twin baby boys over thirty years ago, said you cannot afford more children, you cannot take care of them, and my husband was a boiler maker, and had his journeyman's papers and here is this girl who because she is Mexican-American or Native American can get a fertility doctor to put six eggs that eventually became eight, because after all her ethnicity makes her a natural good mother. At least Anjolie has a job and does not depend on welfare.

Well I agree with Polly the doctors should have never put the embryos in her body, but since they were so eager to do it I think they should be made to supply and provide child care for those babies. Of course she wants and waiting for help from anybody who's willing to donate. I think the doctors need to be responsible for such an irresponsible decision as for the mother she needs to pull in her belly and go get a real job. This is absolutely a No Brainer. The reason I'm so upset with this is because we and by we I mean the "Whole World" has far too much child abuse happening and in my opinion I call this child abuse, and even one case is too much, but take a look at this! This is dysfunctional totally. Have a Great Day my friend and Have A Great Valentines Day!!!

The woman in my opinion is a money grabbing nut case. Her own mother has said she has never taken care of the first six so you know she isn't going to take care of 8 more. They need to take all 14 away from her and then make the crazy Dr. that did the IVF pay child support until these kids are 18 and also put her lazy a** to work and make her contribute just like a divorced father would have to support his kids. The woman is utterly disgusting.

Now that is what I call a good start toward solving the problem. Make the doctor support the kids. Excellent idea. Best I;ve heard yet!

14 children? Is she nuts? I have 5 and that is more than enough for me! She says she doesn't want anything from anyone, but has a website for people to donate things to her? Um, that is kind of odd! Women like her give women like me a bad name. i only planned on 3 kids max, but life had other ideas. neither my partner or I work (he's a student, I'm a stay at home mum), we didn't have kids just to get money through welfare, we wanted to ensure that at least some of the next generation had some of the old values to pass along. Just so happens, we have 5 that can pass those values on now.

Probably we will never know the real reasons behind all this...It seems to me that they are all in on it..Her, the doctors, her parents...Perhaps maybe it is a money making scheme for all of them. Its sad to think that way but I cant see any other reason why the doctors would implant knowing her situation, and why she herself would do it with no money. Perhaps in the end, she hoped to gain so much publicity , that she could live comfortably for the rest of her life with TV appearances and book offers and so on.

NO I didnt know they were investigating the doctor but I think they should...I have not followed the story all that closely but have heard quite a bit anyways. Doesnt it cost to have the proceedure done? Im wondering who paid for it and why?
