Sleeping is very essential for our survival.
Sleep provides the rest and recuperation to our body.
Good sleep is a must for our health,mental and emotional function and safety.
Do you have sound sleep?How long do you sleep?
As an adult,you need to sleep 7-8 hours a day.Are you doing it?
If no,you might be feeling sleepy in daytime,reduced work efficiency,feel anger,irritation,lose patience etc..etc..
Why we don't get a sound sleep?
Environment,illness and the mental condition are the three main culprits responsible for our sleeplessness.
How to overcome them?Here are some simple steps that you can follow!
1.Keep your room as dark as possible.If not possible mask your eyes.
2.Keep your room temperature at 70 degree F.Wear socks on your legs.
3.Remove clock,tv etc from the bedroom.
4.use your bedroom only for sleeping.Don't do office work or watch TV there.
5.Don't drink water two hours before bed onwards.Go to bathroom before going to bed.
6.Don't read any thrillers on the bed.If you want read some religious books.
7.Don't listen to some fast music in bed.If you want music,play some relaxation CDs.
8.Go to bed early and get up early.Early to bed and early to rise makes the man happy,healthy and wise.Follow a bed time routine.Practice for few days.then it will become habit.
9.Take a hot water shower before going to bed if you need it.
10.Last but not the least,Don't take coffin e or alcohol for sleep.
