The benefits of sleep

When you can not give up your thoughts,feelings, when you feel pain,why should it not comfortable to sleep then?To enjoy this God in our own process for the reliefit!

You are right somehow. However, the problem turns to whether you can fall in sleep. As long as you could, you can enjoy the benefits of sleep. haha~

Sometimes when we are hurting we can not sleep because our adrenaline rushes, and our bodys need to do something physical to increase endomorphins that then allows the body to relax and feel good. The runners high they call is as when you run hard and long. Crying really hard increases this as well Laughing really hard does too. It's natural feel good chemical your body produces... Someones people who are not feeling well need to increase their seritonin production to relax.. You can do this naturally by eating turkey and bannanas have the stuff you need. Meditation, Deep prayer, relaxation exercises... Sometimes it focusing on all the bad things in the world get your thoughts into a spin and then you can not slow them down. So what you have to do then is try to focus on all the good things that make you feel good an relax.. Like imagine the time you were the most happiness focus it and remember it imagine something that will make you laugh to happy tears that was really funny... or a really relaxing memory.. Sleeping by the ocean or watching the clouds.. Sometimes a person who is not feeling well all they need to do is get outside for a couple of hours to get some fresh air then they can rest comfortably... I like to sleep on deck in the sunshine when I am not feeling well usually after that I feel great. - DNatureofDTrain
