what is the best value-for-money hotel / hostel in Hong Kong?

my fiance and I plan to spend our honeymoon in Hong Kong and we want to get a hotel that's not too expensive since we'll probably out all day anyway. Anybody out there who can recommend a great hotel that's value for the buck?

I stayed at the youth hostel on the top of Mount Davis in Hong Kong. It has the most stunning view, especially at night. I would suggest Chunking Mansions would be quite a cheap place to stay. Good luck finding somewhere to stay.
