Do you celebrate V-day?

Do you think Valentines day is overrated? Do you consider it an actual holiday and if so do you go out to dinner or buy gifts for your girlfriend/boyfriend or is it just another day to you?

Yes it is very overrated! Its just a money racket! My wife and I are going out to dinner tomorrow night but we had planned to already. Normally I will cook her dinner and she will do a little something special for me later that night.
