Replacing a cd/dvd laser on a HiFi (Kenwood RXD-DV9)

Could anyone please help with instructions on how to replace a old non-functioning dual CD/DVD laser with a new one. I would like to do the work myself as I have a techical mind. Thanks, Tafara
