Do you think it's OK to kill street dogs ?

It is really horrible!Here in Bulgaria there is in fact also a great problem with the homeless dogs but I can't imagine myself killing a living thing.There just should be better regulations and government should do something to find place where these animals could live.

I don't think that killing any animal is right. Is there a huge overpopulation problem in Romania of dogs? Did they try to see if there were any other people who would like to have the dogs (adopt them) before they killed them? Were the dogs sick, or infected with rabies? If the answer to any of these questions is "no" then this was seriously wrong and I think they should be put in jail in for it.

No i don't think it is ok for people to kill animals just because they do not have a master i think they should start up adoption agencies to put the dogs in and other animals and adopt them out to people who want a animal..first have the spayed or nuetered though..

No that is cruel if they have no owner you need to report it to the humane society so they can pick it up and take care of it and find it a good home
