Asian Cooking

I originally from the middle of the Pacific rim. With that in mind, I have been fortunate to try many of the different types of cooking it has to offer. Currently I am cook more Japanese food. And enjoying every minute of it. What about you, what kind of Asian cooking do you like. Do you have a favorite recipe you might want to share?

I love Asian food especially Filipino dishes. i can cook Chinese and some Japanese food too. i would like to try Indian dishes.
