You can try making a check list each day just before bed for the next day. Make a list of the things you need to do. Then prioritize them ABC. A's are things that must be done, B's are things that be delegated, and C's are things that can be postponed. You can also do something to see just where you are spending your time. Create a simple spreadsheet that you print out (you'll want to make sure to create the outlines around each box-so a template so to speak). Down the left side put the times, try 15 min increments if you can, but 1 hour increments work as well. Across the top write the days of the week. For a week record everything you do each day in the boxes. Don't lump things together, write them all out. What you're looking for when done is to highlight the things you need to be doing, want to do, and so forth. For example-all eating, bathing, etc would be highlighted one color because you need to do these things on a regular basis. Your schoolwork or studying would be done in another color, job/work in another until you can see how much time via the colors you are spending. Good luck-Anora

Sounds like you are a procrastinator. I used to be a huge one and put everything off until it would get overwhelming. I figured its to stressful to let things go like that. So I make sure I am very organized and get things done as soon as they need to be done. This way I can relax in peace and feel like a weight is off my shoulders.
