How does pickjack really work?

I cannot get the hang of their payment system. That is my main concern. I notice that my earnings tend to decrease and I have attributed that to non ativity but I doubt it is so now.
I answered one question after a few days of abscence and my earnings went up significantly to $0.209 but then it dropped significantly after that (the same day) to $0.111.
I've noticed that there are a few persons here who are members of that site. Hopefully someone here understands how they operate and can help me out. I do not get to spend much time on any site but enjoy mylot and that site so far.
Do you understand pickjack's payment method? or Are you just as confused as I am?

They operate on a small pool of money.. If u are not active on that site then ur earnings are transfered to active members and vice versa.. Hope this helps..

I am not quite sure what to say about this site. I was on it for a few days but then noticed that my earnings were decreasing after not being active on it. I don't trust the site to be honest, and find that there are times while posting a question when it will say that it is the wrong answer, even though you know it is right.
