If you broke any glassware...........

its mean bad news and that someone dear to you is going to die soon. Do you believe it? I believe it, it happened to me twice with the same bad news. A few years back, I accidentally broke a glass. A few days after that incident, I received a bad news that my mother-in-law passed away. Then my cat stepped on a glass plate and it broke. A week later, my father-in-law passed away. Coincidence? Perhaps. Do you have any superstitious to share? Different country have different superstitious, what yours?

I'm always breaking glassware but haven't noticed that it brings me bad luck, but break a mirror, and I feel it does. The saying goes that if you break a mirror you suffer seven years of bad luck. Well, I've never been that unfortunate, but then, I've only ever broken one mirror.

Now that you mentioned it, although I have never broken mirror but my husband did. Soon after that incident, he was fired from work and couldn't get any job. All the jobs' interview he went proved fruitless. Even if he got one, he soon leave that job too. I was the sole breadwinner for almost 6 1/2 years. I think things only got better after the 8 years. Guess I was also 'affected' by the bad luck that was hovering over my husband.

well i don't know about this... everyone has his own experiences....
i have broken almost a dozen glasses and things like that in kitchen....
one day i just took a whole pack of glasses they were sort of packed in a carton it wasn't packed tightly... when i picked it up ..guess what all the glasses just fell down from its bottom....and crash..... LOL and i just laughed at that time don't know why but i did....

I think those are just coincidences, I have broken glass I don't know how many times and nothing bad happened afterwards. iam not very superstitious so I don't see bad things as happening because I broke glass, came across a black cat or whatever.
