I am not sure when it was on but I know I msised it too.I hear that it wasnt anything special as all the favourite movies missed out on oscar for som eof the lesser know movies.But then taht is nothing new Oscars are always biased anyway so I wasnt hurt as I am not a big fan of movies these days

Yeah, it was Sunday. I did start to watch it but still missed some of it because I knodded off about half way7 through. Yesterday, I watched slumdog millionaire, which won best picture. I had also seen Benjamin button. Both were good but I liked Benjamin Button better.

I dont think it has been on yet. I think there are some good movies nominated this year so I will be intereested in watching it when it does come on. I like the Oscars and I think there ae some good things to watch on TV. Oscars are one of them, one of the two or three award shows that i really like to watch.

No, you did not miss Oscar awards because that will be on February 22, sunday. Actually, I am also excited to watch the award this year, it will be aired in the Philippines on February 23, monday because we are 16 hours advance to the U.S standard time, maybe because of our location in the world map.
I always watch Oscar and routed on my favorites though there are some disappointments in the winners but still i loved watching it. My bet for this year in Oscar best picture is The Reader,but other says Slumdog Millionaire is a darkhorse. In 1999 I was disappointed when Saving Private Ryan was defeated by Shakespeare in Love, hope this will not be repeated this year,LOL!
