Rice Milk, Is it good for health ?

To certain sociaty, animals milk are very costly. Hence to fulfill requirement of their milk turn on rice milk.
But is rice milk is good for our health

Rice milk is good for our health. I remember going to a doctor as a child and he told me to have as much of it as possible. And then, I would cry for it every time rice was cooked at home. I think it has got starch which is necessary for us, besides a few other things.
