All star weekend just wrapped up and the West won the All star game. I was hoping that the east would win but the west had a better coach plus the players played well. But how about shaq? Do you think he deseved the award that he won together with Kobe? I think he played well but still have some doubts if he deserved it.

Guys, come on. This man's in probably his last NBA seasons, and at the all-star game, he srsly played his heart out. He left a big mark in my brain. The dribble through Superman's legs, then a give & go, and a great finish. Without a doubt, if you were talking about effort, OR respect, Shaq obviously deserved it.

I think the award was given to him solely for promotional values and the fact that he might retire soon and then there will be no other opportunity that shaq will be able to receive this award in the near future.

I have my doubts also. Don't get me wrong I like Shaq, he did play a decent game but I don't know if it was worthy of this award.

i think he deserved it because he is retiring after this year and he has been in the nba for a long long time, but he didnt do all that in the all star game

yes, he played his heart out and entertained the people... nice bounce pass between the legs of dwight and nice cut to get the ball back and take it to the rim much like how he did it back in his prime :D
