Do You Need Sound Design Or Music For Commercials?

I have a company that works on making sound to movies, commercials & ads. My musical background is bass player as a main instrument. I work by 50/50 percent support for the picture, or if you need a jingle we could work that out too. There are many ways of getting sound design on. For instant: You could go to a creative commons or another free site to get free music. But in my opinion it's about the creative progress that comes with it. In worst cases it would disturb or even end up with the consumer getting the wrong message. It's difficult enough to target your consumer.
