Okay I'm studying affordable home costs in Essential Mathematics and I'm stuck on the calculations.. I don't even know if I did the thng right. I calclated the inerest rate facotr *the acutal total mortgage and it gave me a completely different answer than the one I'm suppose to be getting for the one I'm suppose to use in the goss debt service ratio. AAAHHH!!! I'm goig to fail the test... T_T
