I just remembered, today I found this website called www.sparkpeople.com. Now, I have not had much experience with it yet, but it looks promising. Its free, and you can customize your own fitness, health, and weight loss goals. I just wanted to let you all know. Do any of you guys use this site?

I am a member of the site but I do not go there as often as I probably should. My dad and I have made several recipes that we have gotten on the site. If you like Lasagna, you should try the Skillet lasagna. I'm not sure where to find it there but it really is amazing. The people on Sparkpeople are all very nice and helpful. Everyone is there for the same reason, so it makes discussions more lively!

Is this lasagna with regular lasagna noodles or is it a healthier version?

I have already found a lot of wonderful people on the site. I was lucky enough to find a husky lovers group, so I am quite pleased so far.

It uses wheat noodles I believe. I haven't made it in a while. I will have to look up the recipe again.

I love this site. I use it almost everyday. It is great to help you keep track of exercise and eating habbite. Sometimes if I have gained weight, I can go back and look at those two things, and quickly realize why. :) Good luck!

I've been a member for a couple of years. As someone else posted, I don't use it as faithfully as I should. Someone from Mylot started a My Lot and friends weight loss group at sparkpeople at the beginning of the year. I like the site and make sure that you sign up for some of the extras. They do comparisons between two similar dishes at competing restaurants and the results are really eye opening. I think taht you'll be really happy with spark and best of all it's FREE!!!!!
