Need New Banana Recipes

Bananas are kind of hard to incorporate into a lot of meals. I like bananas with cereal, pancakes, fruit salads and ice cream. You said you make banana muffins well I'd say try to bake a pie with bananas. My mom used to make cherry-banana pie and it was really good. I like the sweetness of bananas and I would try to introduce banana stuffed pastries or something with baked chicken and a banana stuffing mix. I am very imaginative in the kitchen and a terrific cook to boot so I bet I'd think of something. I was watching this show on the Food Network where the chefs had to find some imaginative uses for the banana and they were all having some difficulties. How about banana knishes? Smashed banana, breaded with flour and lightly fried? Oh I almost forgot banana and cheese. I learned that from watching Mr. Roger's Neighborhood as a kid. Take regular American slice cheese and wrap it around a banana. Don't knock it till you try it!! Banana cookies. Banana bread. Just some ideas here.....
