Need help about E0N and PayPal

I would like to ask a question,about when you are going to register your EON card in their site UNIONBANK . In what format must you will type the account number? By this (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) or by simply this (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Thank you and by the way even in PayPal what format i will use when typing it and linking my card in their site? (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) or by simply this (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Good day! I will wait for your response.

The expiration date would be at the bottom front portion of the card.

use the "account" number not the "card" number..
10 digit number....
