Mahathma Gandhi

Mahatma is the father of peace and ahimsa. If everyone can follow his principles then there will be no war and issues within countries and between countries.

i know a lot about mahatma gandhi. what he had aspired for, how we worked towards achieving peace for india, how much he loved india, how much he had sacrificed for his stand in life and what he had done in order to wield enough influence in the hearts and minds of people. mahatma gandhi's influence was actually worldwide. since so much was shown and written about during and after his lifetime, the influence of his outlook in life has influenced people from various walks of life, peoples from various cultures, and peoples of various colors. i appreciated what he had done for the world in general and for india in particular. he was a man who was willing to sacrifice to the utmost just so as to achieve the ends that he believed to be the best for this world.
