... what kind of restaurant would it be? Would there be live music or a DJ? Would it have a terrace? What kind of food your restaurant would offer? And what outfit the staff would be wearing?
My dream restaurant is an outside bar, a bit like in Hawaii style with colored alcohol cocktails, live music, warm nights and cheerful staff.
I would love to a bartender myself. I am not an office kind of person, I prefer free and joyful work.

i'd have a seafood place on the water, with our own boats. some dockside dining, and a jazz lounge in a seperate section of the restruant, with tierd floors and a singer and piano player, dark blue lights and moody and deffinitly enough room at the tables so no one is cramped, every 3rd drink is free, you can't imagine how much money is made on likker, wow you can't spell it the right way mtlot stops it. you just have to put up with an ashole every now and then but thats where the moneys made, the bar must be big with outstanding wood work british style, nice thick wood, a few couches and side tables and big comfy chairs you just sink into. no what they call high top tables by the bar they're obnoxious, and "i " will inspect the kitchen---every day!!!!!!!!!!!! and it better be clean or someone 's walking. so how much ya what per hour + 7% of bar sales. the bartender will have bar backs, so no one's waiting, but the waiters give them a cut. as with the hostess if she's a pain she's walking too. if your not payed what your worth no one will care about their jobs and no one better be waiting past their reservation time.
