Is Tea make a body really active?

I was thinking that is the tea help to make body active. I have heard this from my parents and teachers as well. What do you think about it

Green tea produces about a 4% increase in 24 hour energy expenditure. If you consume 2000 calories per day and don't gain or lose weight an increase of 4% would translate roughly into an 80 calorie daily difference. Over a year this could result in an 89 pound weight loss. Green tea appears to accelerate calorie burning including fat calories. The compounds in green tea, called flavonoids may change how the body uses a hormone called norepinephrine which speeds the rate calories are burned.

Yes, it does. Like coffee, tea also has caffeine and caffeine is known to be a stimulant that is why when you drink it you instantly feel energized. Another thing is that tea cleanses our body from toxic wastes thus promoting good blood circulation, making our body function well. I hope this info helps you. Happy mylottin!

If it has caffeine in it you can get a high from that, it just make me shaky. Is that what you mean?

I do smoking & tea together so i guess it has no impact on me.....lol
