how to lose weight

after 2 children and plus my diease it is hard to loose weight i always used to be 45 kg but after my children now i am 67kg any suggesstions how to loose it take care happy my lotting

im currently underwieght so i wouldnt know lol 5.4% body fat is good im suggesting just do what you thnk is normal... dont force yourself to eat, and go for a walk like once a week. or once a day

I suggest that you monitor daily your calorie intake. You should also monitor your weight and also to exercise regularly. Proper diet is needed in order to achieve your goal.

hi there braveheart07 yes you are right i do need to watch what i eat people say that these pills work but my friend said that i should not try that cause it could harm me if i take them. i have not even bought it and i won't now take care happy mylotting

Yes. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Cut out sugary and processed foods. When you go grocery shopping, stick to the outside aisles and try to buy foods that are as close to fresh as possible - vegetables, fruits, meats and whole grains. Don't drink juice (it's full of sugar). Don't drink pop unless it's diet. Try to go for a walk each day of at least 30 minutes and when you get out there, really, really walk at a brisk pace so that you feel like you are working up a bit of a sweat. Try not to eat more than 1300 calories per day. You can go to the website at http://mypyramid.gov and set up an eating plan based on how much weight you would like to lose, age, health factors, etc. Good luck and set small goals (i.e., dont try to lose 40 pounds in a month). A healthy weight loss is about 2 pounds per week in order to keep the weight off. You can do it!!

hi there daneg33 i am trying to stop eating junk but i still do i sitll eat healthy as well but i should stop drinking fizzy drinks that would make it worse thankyou for relpying and take care happt mylotting

Eat less. Move more. If you are serious about losing weight, that is what you will do. Overeating is addictive. You are addicted. What do addicted people need to do? Stop the behavior they are addicted to. In your case that is eating too much, and not moving enough. On a more personal note, I was a bit overweight at one point. When I felt it was time to eliminate this I did several things: - 20 minute exercise before and after bed. I did push-ups and sit-ups until I could do no more in an alternating fashion, in the beginning I could only do about 30 of each (in contrast to 100+ as a teenager) when I was finished I could do around 120 push-ups. I have no clue how many sit-ups I can do, I would usually break 1000 in 20 minutes - Stop eating crap. I learned to make various salads, and eat them. If you're going beyond the vegetables, meats or breads sections of your supermarket you're doing it wrong. (I felt free to eat bad food like cake in social situations, like parties, but that's that) - Set goals, and continue until you achieve them. I traded my double chin and belly for six-pack abs (like on TV!) Being a man I didn't set a weight limit, but followed my regiment until I couldn't grab any folds on my chin or belly. I only lost 5 pounds (~2.3 kg) but I can safely say I'm good-looking again. Sounds like your main problem is that you don't want to start, and would rather ask people what they would do, and reply, "Hmm, that's interesting..." If you don't want to be fat, start exercising, and stop eating crap.

hi there qxzqxz i undestand what you are saying but how can i stop i do eat healthy too but junk food as well alot lately cause i have been depressed eating on choclate and things like that but my friend is 100kg like she says she wishes she was my size but i had kids and i have hashimtoes diease it makes me gain weight anyway i just dont know what to do take care happy mylotting
