Living with depression part 2...

Firstly, thank you to everyone who responded to my last discussion.... I am sorry for not replying to each and everyone of you but I've been staying with my mum for a few days due to ill health.... Depression is an illness all of you are right in saying this, so many people think it's just a state of mind, which it is to a degree but it's so much more than that too... my depression led to stress also, which can affect you in so many ways, ways that you wouldn't imagine... To all of you who have suffered I truely hope and pray that you manage to get through things....Life is there to be lived. Towards the end of my depression I began to write poetry, for some reason writting things down helps you to deal with it all.... helps you get things straight in your head. Don't ever give up hope.... life will return ... God bless you all xxxx

Hey trinnity101 I think you are right when you say that writing how you feel, down so that you can hopefully express yourself and get things off your chest! I have found it good to write things down when I have been exstatic about things too and those things are great to read over again another time. As you know I don't suffer with depression but I have found it helpful to write things down if ever I am down or happy!! Take care L
