Weather sensitive

I go through this problem a lot as the weather changes and whenever i travel and return from place being much warmer or colder than where i live. The only way i would think to keep this check is to be careful and let the body adjust slowly.

In my case I sneeze even when it changes from night to day. Like early in the morning I have to sneeze 4 or 5 times. So for sure while changing seasons I don't stop sneezing. But coughing??? I never heard about that. I'm not sure if it's a kind of Allergy or not. Because in my case I just take normal anti-allergic tablets just to comfort the sneezing for a while.

i used to have it when i was student and had pressure of studies and all, now i have it when i go to some other place like last week i was out of station for a marriage, after i returned to my home, i had cough and cold which is still showing its effect

Yes, I get hayfever in the spring and summer - it starts when the trees have pollen on them. In the winter-time I get depressed when the weather is cold and the skies are grey.

I am not wather sensitive. I like both summer & winter. Beside this i have no feeble body type
