How do you exercise?

P90x - P90x has different kinds of exercise. Not boring to do. Gives you more strength and good health ever...

I've been exercising now for a month. I always put variation on my exercises. I don't stick to one kind of exercise because my body will lead to plateu (A stage where your body doesn't respond well to your exercise). So what I do is that I exercise yoga, kenpo, pilates, plyometrics, weights, core exercises. But of course I don't do it all in a day. I made a sheadule for each of the exercises. Like I do Yoga every monday, weights every tuesday... etc... So, how do you exercise? Do hate exercising or totally loving it?

I am with you. I have to have different things to do or I get really bored...LOL! I have a Wii Fit that I use but that isn't intense enough sometimes so I do walk a bit on my treadmill and have a few tapes that are either aerobic or toning. I will say I have been having a problem staying motivated so I am not as active as I would like to be...but all in all I do like to exercise.

Not really. I used to exercise alot, but i don't anymore. My husband is going to buy me the Wii and Wii fit though for my Birthday so I am really excited about that.

I tend to vary what I do based on what I feel like. For several years I didn't formally exercise, but I rode a bicycle for transportation so I rode about 100 miles per week. I could eat anything I wanted back then. Once I got a car, I didn't exercise. But now I'm finally starting to again. I vary between the exercise bike, swimming, and the Wii fit. I want to start jogging too but my feet always hurt so I'm not sure that's a good idea. I like exercising but I don't have time to do it regularly.

It has been calisthenics for quite a while and maybe that is the reason why my body isn't responding anymore. It has been the same routine for 2 months. I don't know if you call vigorous house cleaning an exercise but I also do that everyday. =P I think that I would follow your advice to my discussion and alternate with taebo this week. I love exercising. My day seems to be incomplete without exercise. It brings out more energy from me.

I lift weights, do push-ups and sits-ups, punch mitts, squat, and yoga. I work out twice a day. In the morning I warm-up for about ten minutes then do the punch mitts the proceed with sit-ups and push-ups. Then after that I lift weights. I do squat for the later part of my workout. Sometimes I only do squat in the late afternoon. I do yoga to end the day. It relaxes my body from all the physical stuffs that I do. I love working out specially if you are seeing very good results from it. Have a nice day. Happy posting!!

actually I'm trying to follow my dream of being a cage fighter lol (I'm not a dumb brute though) so I work out regularly I do think I have hit a plateau though I work out daily for about 3 hrs a day doing random workouts but I was seeing tremendous results at first but now, nothing, my cardio keeps getting better, I'm getting stronger, but no matter how much protein I intake, I'm not getting any bigger, but I will check out the site you spoke of earlier, maybe that site will give me some new ideas, thanks for the info

I am not generally the entire day am making the yoga,I am make the yoga in the morning,because I thought that in the morning makes the yoga to be gond,as the matter stands my body on unusual stick!

I got up this morning and did my Hip Hop Abs, I also do Zumba, and I am thinking of adding yoga to my worksouts... I try to workout 6 days a week, that is my goal every week, some times it works out sometimes it doesnt... but I like dance workout videos especially in the mornings to get me up and moving. I also use to love step and I think I want to bring that back as well... there are so many to choose from now!! happy working out!!

Hi friends... I exercise for 5 days a week. On weekends i dont exercise at all as i wakeup very late on those days. During weekdays from monday to friday i woke up early as i need to go to college. I woke up at 5 in the morning and i go for jogging. Then after coming back to home i exercise for 30 minutes. I also include yoga in my exercise for three days. Happy myLotting...
