I am assuming you are female. IF so, have you had a pelvic exam done? There could be many causes for the pain, the point is you need to find out what is causing it. If none of the doctors you have been to are helping, ask for a referral to a gynecologist. You can read more about your symptoms and possible solutions here: http://www.womenshealthmatters.ca/centres/pelvic_health/chronic_pain/index.html I hope this helps you. I want to stress that if you are not getting help from any doctors that you need to be referred to a specialist. Don't give up, your health is important.

thats sad to know. i think you should go to an expert about that or have a pelvic exam done. for how long has your pelvic pain been? Pelvic pain is pain in the lower abdominal area below the navel or belly button. The musculoskeletal pain in the pelvic area is common during pregnancy. The main symptoms are pain in the inner thighs, lower back pain and groin pain. The pain is so strong that it can cause substantial distress and disruption of function such as inability to walk and move. i thinke xercisingr egularly will help, just dont over do it. as log as you dont have any complciations with the pain, i think exercise could help.Make warm compress with water and put on the painful spot or take a warm shower. it wuld help with the circulation in the painful area.
