I think seven or eight hours sleep is must for our body, if you curtail sleep at the cost of exercise, it will make you more tired. Proper sleep to our body is very necessary. If you can afford to you can gradually reduce the time of your sleep say by 15 minutes, after a fortnight or alternatively can cut your exercise time. I love to sleep and if it is not complete, I do not enjoy doing anything. I feel restless.

I exercise everyday but I don't cut down sleep because rest is just as important as exercise. If I cut down my sleep I will feel so sluggish. Also our body needs rest to repair our worn out tissues so it will make your exercise more efficient.

it is good to hear that you exercise a lot but it is not good to lose your sleep as it will effect you and inturn can cause health problems as the body needs rest.
i am not prone to excersizes but i would manage a little but then too i feel it is less and i have to get in into it seriously.
