You can try Pilates. It is one of the fastest growing exercise systems. Its reduces the fat in the specific areas and also gives your body a flexibility. It is not very difficult to do.They have specific exercises for your arms, butt, thighs, back etc.You can watch a trainer demonstrating on the internet. You will surely benefit by doing it. You can even try Yoga as there are asanas which help the back.Hope this will be useful for you.Good luck.

Do twisting. Put your arms in a loop position (like you're hugging a big bear) and it should be at the level of your chest. Twist. You should feel the sensation on your back when you're twisting. Do that for 3 minutes, thrice. Try to diet also and reduce your sodium intake because sometimes it is also cause by water retention .

When I tell you that you'll need to lose overall body fat to get rid of back fat, believe me - I know that's not always easy. However, it is possible. The most important thing to remember as you work on reducing body fat is to be gentle with yourself. My struggle with weight began to turn around when I stopped putting so much pressure on myself (and stopped eating so much damn peanut butter...) Be patient, and you'll be able to make lifestyle changes that stick. Then you can focus on the specific ways to get rid of that stubborn back fat.The worst thing you can do is try to do too much too soon. Remember to be gentle with yourself, and work to set goals that are specific and measurable. A safe amount of weight to lose per week is 1-2 pounds; it is important to not rush in because you could injure yourself, get sick, burn out, and gain it all back anyway. Consider keeping an exercise or food journal to keep track of your accomplishments and hold yourself accountable. Having support systems is another key to success. Is your son becoming glued to the couch? Does he have a little back fat, too? Drag him out for a run with you! Working with your family or friends toward a healthy goal will help you stay focused.

I would suggest trying a variety of work-out styles until you find one you enjoy that works that part of the body. I recently tried a belly dancing work out on DVD and love it, so I do it every day. Try yoga, pilates, hip-hop, whatever style you think you will enjoy. I think sticking with exercise is more important than what type you do.

Get a row machine! These are wonderful for helping your back! Or take a 20lb or so medicine ball and stand against a wall and twist from side to side. That will help your love handles as well. But for all over weight loss and fat loss, try a great Cardio workout, like Turbo Jam or Taebo. Something that gets you kicking and punching. Its the best for getting rid of the excess weight and then single out the areas you want to work on, like using a row machine or the medicine ball twist. I found a row machine for $50.00 on craigslist that retails for $500! I use row machine for all over cardio and then also for armwrestling. Building my back muscles and lats. A lady i know swears by filling up a wheelbarrow and pulling it behind her. I've never tried it, but she's solid muscle.
