Any error checking software??

I'm doing an offline data entry job.The job involves conversion of image to word(doc) file. It demands high accuracy. So is there any software to compare word and image files so I could check if there are any mistakes. Or is there any other alternative to detect errors?

till now i don't know that type of softwares but i know how to scan the papers into our computer in document format. I think you about HP scanner you can get in that HP scanner.
